We use PayPal as our secure payment service. You can pay either as a Member of PayPalORas a Guest of PayPal and use a credit card. We do not accept phone credit card orders.
We ship our braces daily, Monday through Friday, the same or next day that we receive the order. The order must be received by noon EST to be shipped on the same day. We ship via USPS Priority or Express Mail. Please note that no shipments will go out on holidays.
The domestic priority mail flat rate shipping fee is $9.00 and express is $27.00. Express is 2nd day delivery guaranteed through USPS.
The international priority mail flat rate fee is $30.00 to Canada, and $40.00 for other international destinations. Express is $55.00 to Canada, and $65.00 to other international destinations. Both priority and express international delivery time frames vary.
Delivery times are not guaranteed as they depend on clearing Customs. The international customer is responsible for paying the Custom’s fee in their country for package retrieval.
A full refund will be issued for braces returned within 30 days in new condition. To qualify for a full refund, please try the brace on over a tee shirt and use socks on the legs. Your dog’s coat should be clean. The brace should have no dog hair, dander or signs of wear.
A full refund is issued via your original method of payment minus the shipping fee if the brace is returned in “like new” condition.
"Like new” condition indicates:
The brace was never worn OR the brace was tried on over a tee shirt and socks.
*Braces must be returned within 30 days.
*No dog hair, dander, soil, dog odor or signs of wear.
*The brace must be folded as delivered to you (Velcro properly secured to prevent fraying)
Cleanable - The brace was tried on and there are a few dog hairs on the returned brace. If we feel that we can restore the brace to “like new” condition by cleaning and sanitizing it, your refund will reflect a 20% restocking fee.
If the brace shows obvious signs of wear and is too soiled to clean (dog hair, dander, dirt), a refund is not issued. We will return the brace to the customer.
All refunds are made via the customer’s original method of payment.
Please contact us if you need to exchange your brace for a different size. We can ship you the new size before you return your original purchase. If a brace needs to be exchanged for sizing, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to return the brace to Ortho Dog for the exchange and for shipping the exchange back to you.
This website does not collect any personal information from you during your visit. In addition, any information submmitted to Ortho Dog is never shared with any third party without your express permission.
